Cancellation and Refund Policy
1. Cancellation by Patients:
No Refund Policy: Refunds are not available if you cancel your consultation. This includes appointments scheduled on special occasions like Holi, Diwali, Valentine’s Day, etc. These appointments are non-cancellable but can be rescheduled to a future date. The payment for such appointments will be credited towards the rescheduled appointment.
2. Cancellation by Doctors:
Refund Eligibility: If a consultation is cancelled by our doctors, you are eligible for a refund.
3. Dissatisfaction with Consultation:
Procedure: If the consultation service does not meet the description provided on our website, notify our customer service within 24 hours of the appointment and payment. Our team will review the complaint and make a decision, but please note that refunds are not provided for dissatisfaction.
4. Refund Request Process:
No Auto-Refunds: Refunds are not processed automatically. You must request a refund within seven days of cancellation using our Contact Page.
Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 7 working days, but please be aware of potential bank charges that may be deducted.
5. Communication and Response:
Response Time: We strive to respond to your online/offline queries or consultation requests within three working days. If you do not receive any communication (excluding auto-generated emails), you are entitled to a refund or the option to cancel your request, depending on the situation.
